RAF Air Cadets gives young people genuine opportunities to take responsibility, make decisions and help a team succeed.

Cadets develop leadership through practical challenges, teamwork, instruction and increasing responsibility within Squadron life.

They learn how to communicate clearly, listen to different ideas, stay composed when a plan changes and bring people together around a shared objective.

You do not need to be the loudest person in the room
